Emergency Call Points

The Digital Audio Control Units of the DAC4040 series manage the public address subsystems, the messaging of the display panels and the on-board intercom devices of the PEI-20 series. The DAC4040 units, via an integrated switch, also allow the connection of the CCTV system cameras.

The PEI-20-BK Passenger Emergency Intercom unit is part of the “hands-free” intercom panels of the PEI-20 system.

The PEI-20-BK intercom unit allows users to make an emergency call by activating an emergency handle external to the unit.

The PEI-20-PB Passenger Emergency Intercom unit is part of the “hands-free” intercom panels of the PEI-20 system.

The PEI-20-PB intercom unit allows users to make an emergency call by activating  the button on the front panel of the unit.

The PEI-20-PB-PRM Passenger Emergency is part of the intercom hands-free units of the PEI-20 system. 

The PEI-20-PB-PRM is an emergency intercom station that allows passengers to forward emergency calls via a STI PRM button on the front panel of the unit.

The Passenger Emergency Intercom PEI-20-HS handset unit is part of the intercom panels of the PEI-20 system. The handset unit is considered as the user interface of the Digital Audio Control Units of the DAC4040 series from which it is possible to make calls for public address announcements and for intercom communications of the on-board staff.
