The Call For Aid Intercom CFA24/RS is an emergency intercom devices suitable for railway and for urban rail applications. The CFA24/RS units allow the user to forward a call for aid signal and establish full-duplex intercom communication. To initialize a call, the passenger only has to press the CFAD button on the front panel of the intercom. All call status are displayed on the unit, via audible messages and through a two-color Led ring around the call button. This unit is suitable for RS485 serial data and analog audio communications. The CFA24/RS units have no intercation with the brake system.

The Call For Aid CFA24/IP intercom is an emergency intercom device suitable for railway and urban applications. The CFA24/IP units allow the user to forward a call for aid signal and establish a VoIP intercom communication. To initialize a call, the passenger only has to press the CFAD button on the front panel of the intercom. All call status are displayed on the unit, via audible messages and through a two-color Led ring around the call button. The voice communication of the CFA24/IP is digital (VoIP) via two independent Ethernet ports in redundant mode. The CFA24/IP units have no interaction with the braking system.
